That’s exactly why we created Diapers & Dumbbells, a strength & conditioning class built specifically for new moms! THIS EVEN FOR MOMS THAT ARE PREGNANT!
Here’s what makes this program different:
✨ Bring your baby with you. No need to stress about childcare, your little one can hang out right beside you while you move, sweat, and recharge.
✨ Safe, smart programming. We focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and regaining confidence in movement. Our workouts are guided by experienced coaches who understand the needs of postpartum bodies.
✨ Community & support. You’re not doing this alone. You’ll be surrounded by other MOMS who “get it”, the sleepless nights, the crazy schedules, the desire to feel strong again.
✨ Fun, flexible workouts. Each session is designed to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re weeks or months postpartum.
